Gift Cards - Frequent Questions
  • I cannot order a gift card.
    To order a gift card you will need to log on. Use the form on the right.

  • Do I need to log in again? I was already logged on to the online ordering system.
    Yes. The gift card site is a different site from the online ordering site. However, you will continue to use the same user login from the regular online ordering site.

  • Do I use my same user login as on the online ordering site?
    Yes. Use the form on the right to log in.

  • I have never ordered online, or ordered gift cards. What do I do?
    You will need to register, using the form on the right, or use your same user login from the online ordering site.

  • How do I order a gift card?

      1. Login or Register
        You must be registered and logged in to the system to order a gift card.

      2. Credit Card
        You will need a valid credit card to purchase a gift card.

      3. Purchase Card
        Click on the "Purchase" tab

      4. Supply Information
        Fill in the requested information, along with your credit card details

      5. Finalize
        Click "Send Gift Card"

      6. Receipt of Gift Card
        Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

  • Can I send a gift card to someone else?
    Yes. Order a gift card in the usual manner, and check the "This is a Gift" checkbox. You can add a message to the recipient if you choose to do so.

  • Can I check the balance on my gift card?
    Yes. To do this, you will need to be logged in. Once you have logged in, you can click the "Gift Card" tab, enter your Gift Card, and click the "Check Balance" button.

  • I am having problems using a DEBIT card as payment. What should I do?
    Use the 4-digit code on the back of the card instead of the 3-digit code
